For a pre-order, refund or planner question, include the email you used at checkout and your order reference if available. Please do not send passwords or card details. Read the terms and digital purchase information for delivery and cancellation details.
Privacy and accessibility
Use the same email for a privacy request or to tell me something is hard to use. For access issues, include the page and what you were trying to do. The Privacy Policy explains your data rights, and the access statement explains the access button.
Stories and suggestions
You can also share a gift story or leave private feedback. Publication permission is always a separate choice.
